Paleo is one of the healthiest diets nowadays and the only nutrition approach that functions well, as it helps with staying fit, becoming strong and feeling powerful.

Biology, biochemistry, ophthalmology, dermatology and many other’s science area researches showed that modern consumption and everyday diets are full of refined food, trans fats and sugar. This was proved to be one of the factors affecting the occurrence of degenerative diseases, cancerous diseases, obesity, heart disease, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases, and even depression and infertility.

What Should You Eat?

Saturated fats came unfairly into disrepute because of media pressure and many health organizations. But, what is the exact reason for such position of saturated fat? Are all those lately imposed recommendations about taking less saturated fats justified, when there is no valid reason throughout history for such restriction?

One of the biggest improvements in such theory was made when the difference between fat amounts originating from the meat of animals that were fed with grains and those that were fed with grass, wild game and fish that are not farmed, was established.

Why is Paleo Good for Your Health?

For most people reason good enough for starting Paleo diet is the fact it provides them with all necessities. Proof of Paleo being beneficial to human’s health is improved blood count, weight loss, reduced pain and, of course, strengthened immune system. Many people are not satisfied with blind following of certain recommendations, whether they are related to diet or exercise. Fortunately, Paleo diet is not such classic restrictive diet, but the test of time and changing habits.

Avoid following food: dairy products, grains, processed foods and sugars, legumes, starch, alcohol.

This diet is not only to eliminate foods that harm us (cereals, dairy products and legumes), but also to increase the intake of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

To simplify, Paleo diet is based on the food used by our ancestors. Food must be fresh, organically grown and not industrially processed. If you’ve ever wondered why our grandmothers had more energy, almost none of cellulite and much more that, in a new age, makes a real problem for us – the answer probably lies in the Paleo diet.
